Job Summary:

As a Conversational AI Designer, you’ll create voice and chat experiences that make AI feel genuinely human. You’ll write dialogue flows, design agent personalities, and collaborate with the tech team to bring each AI character to life.

Job Requirements/Responsibilities:

Develop conversational flows and tone of voice for AI chat and voice agents.
Write scripts that sound natural, engaging, and aligned with brand identity.
Work with developers to implement AI conversations using GPT, ElevenLabs, and VAPI.
Conduct testing and refine AI interactions based on user behavior and feedback.

Job Requirements/Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and test AI tools and integrations for client websites and CRMs.
Collaborate with internal teams to customize AI workflows to client needs.
Manage client onboarding and provide hands-on technical support during setup.
Troubleshoot connection issues, automation errors, and data syncing problems.
Train clients and team members on AI product use and maintenance.
Track system performance and report improvements or issues to leadership.
